Comfort Hotel Runway has 303 rooms and 16 meeting rooms. In addition, a Barception, which is our vibrant hub where our guests can get a light snack to go or a burger or bowl during the evening.

As a chef in our Comfort Kitchen you will together with the team and individually be in charge of everything that leaves the kitchen. From lunches to dinners, snacks and food for our Comfort deli and food for our conference guests. In addition you will be an extra set of hands for the breakfast when needed. Working mid-day and evening shifts will be standard. 

Your to-do-list as a chef in our Comfort Kitchen: 

• Prepare and cook food according to the Comfort Manuals and our local menus. 
• Keep the kitchen and storages clean, tidy and organized at all times. 
• Prepare breakfast food for the day after. 
• Food safety is always your top priority.
• Plan and adapt todays special for lunches and dinners. 
• Bring sustainability into everything we do, helping us be a responsible player

As a chef at Comfort Hotel, you need to be proficient in English and preferable Norwegian. Additional language skills may be beneficial to your application. 

This describes you: 

• You are creative. 
• You are a great team player but don't mind working alone. 
• You are ambitious and are always looking for new ways to make great food. You keep up with the latest trends within food. 
• You don't mind working in a high-pace tempo. 
• You have experience from working with food, either from breakfast, lunch or dinners.
