Om stillingen:
Vi søker en erfaren og serviceinnstilt Interim Housekeeping Manager til vårt team. Som Interim Housekeeping Manager vil du ha ansvar for å lede og koordinere renholdspersonalet, sikre høye standarder for renhold og vedlikehold, samt bidra til en enestående gjesteopplevelse. Stillingen krever lederegenskaper, øye for detaljer og evnen til å jobbe strukturert i en hektisk hverdag.
Ansvarsområder:
Planlegge, organisere og lede daglige renholdsoperasjoner.
Sikre at alle rom og fellesområder opprettholder høye renholdsstandarder.
Administrere vaktlister og fordele arbeidsoppgaver blant renholdspersonalet.
Rekruttere, lære opp og utvikle housekeeping-teamet.
Overvåke lagerbeholdning av renholdsutstyr og forbruksvarer.
Samarbeide med resepsjonen og andre avdelinger for å sikre en smidig drift.
Utføre kvalitetskontroller og følge opp eventuelle klager eller forbedringsområder.
Sikre overholdelse av helse- og sikkerhetsrutiner.
Budsjettering og kostnadskontroll innenfor avdelingens rammer.
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:
Erfaring fra housekeeping eller tilsvarende lederrolle.
Gode lederegenskaper og evne til å motivere ansatte.
Strukturert, effektiv og detaljorientert.
Kjennskap til HMS-regelverk innen renhold.
Gode kommunikasjonsevner, både muntlig og skriftlig.
Fleksibilitet og evne til å håndtere en variert arbeidshverdag.
Gode IT-ferdigheter og erfaring med bookingsystemer er en fordel.
Behersker norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.
