Built in the distinctive Norwegian Dragon Style, the hotel features 49 individually designed rooms, a grand hall, historic lounges, a fine dining restaurant, and lush gardens. Our award-winning hotel is renowned for its timeless charm, offering a unique experience to every guest.

We are excited to share an opportunity to join our team as Head Pastry Chef, a key role where creativity, leadership, and craftsmanship meet.
As Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for shaping our pastry offering and leading the pastry team. Your role will involve:
• Designing and implementing menus for desserts and pastries.
• Developing new seasonal,recipes and concepts with a focus on innovation, quality and latest trends
• Leading, inspiring, and further developing the pastry team.
• Ensuring all baked goods meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and texture.
• Managing inventory and ordering to guarantee access to the freshest ingredients.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
What we are looking for:
• Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar leadership role.
• Culinary or patisserie education (a strong plus).
• Expertise in baking and confectionery techniques.
• Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Creativity paired with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
