Om jobben:
Som vår nye kjøkkensjef vil du ha ansvaret for den daglige driften av kjøkkenet. Du vil planlegge, kjøpe inn, styre lageret, bemanne, og koordinere tilberedningen av maten som serveres. Du vil både delta aktivt i det operative arbeidet og ivareta dine administrative oppgaver. Ingen dag er lik!
Vi ser etter deg som:
* Elsker å lage mat og har en smittende entusiasme.
* Er positiv, løsningsorientert og ser muligheter der andre ser problemer.
* Er en lagspiller som trives med å jobbe sammen med andre og er glad i mennesker.
* Er grundig, har et øye for detaljer og leverer kvalitet i alt du gjør.
* Er strukturert og har god ordenssans – et ryddig kjøkken er et godt kjøkken!
Dine kvalifikasjoner:
* Minst 3 års erfaring fra drift av storkjøkken, gjerne fra hotell.
* Fagbrev som kokk er en fordel, men dokumentert erfaring kan kompensere for manglende fagbrev.
* Gode kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner – du snakker godt med både kolleger og gjester.
* God kunnskap om kvalitetssikring/HACCP/IK mat – vi tar matsikkerhet på alvor.
* God kunnskap om arbeidsmiljølov og øvrig avtaleverk.
* God forståelse for kjøkkenøkonomi, kalkyler, timestyring, varekostnad, innkjøp, lagerstyring og varetelling.
* God digital forståelse og evne til å bruke digitale verktøy aktivt i hverdagen.
