Välkommen till Örebros hjärta! Restaurang Clarion Beats & Bites kombinerar mat och musik och
bjuder in till smakupplevelser inspirerade av världens street food med en kulinarisk lekfullhet. Vi
vill skapa en härlig plats att umgås på över ett glas med kollegorna eller en avslappnad
middagsupplevelse; perfekt för både örebroare och hotellgäster att känna av staden, dess
smaker, människor och pulsen.
I baren kan du njuta av cocktails, goda snacks och skön musik i Örebros egna Livingroom.
På fredagar är pulsen hög under våra populära after works, alltid med skön musik från
olika DJ:s. På lördagar serverar vi brunch – klassiska brunchrätter i vår moderna tappning. Events med levande musik är en del av vårt DNA och på vår scen har många legendariska artister stått. Inför kommande säsong planerar vi ett ambitiöst program av livemusik.
Vi söker nu en erfaren Hovmästare med minst 5 år i branschen. Vi ser att du jobbar i driften
samtidigt som du leder arbetet. Du har god erfarenhet av att arbeta med nyckeltal, du kan visa
upp goda ekonomiska resultat, men aldrig på bekostnad av våra kvalitetskrav. För dig är det en
självklarhet att se försäljning i allt du gör och du brinner för att göra varje gäst nöjd genom att
se, lyssna och tillfredsställa dennes behov.
Du som person är rak, ärlig, engagerad, stresstålig, samarbetsvillig, prestigelös och van att lösa
problem när de uppstår samtidigt som du har förmågan att strukturera upp ditt arbete och skapa
Långsiktighet.
Vi ser att du är en social person som vill vara med och utveckla vår restaurang, bar och vårt
koncept. Du har självklart passion för service, mat och dryck! Du är en teamspelare och drivs av
att ha kul på jobbet. Arbetstiderna är varierande med servering av middag, after
work, brunch och bar. Du kommer att rapportera till Food & Beverage Manager men samtidigt ha stor möjlighet till självständigt arbete.
Vi kommer att intervjua löpande och rekryteringen kan avslutas innan ansökningstiden gått ut.
