Skarsnuten Hotel, a gem in the mountains that
has undergone significant renovation and expansion in recent years, is now
seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a
Waiter/Waitress for the summer season. Our vision is to provide a
unique experience for our guests, and we want you on board to help achieve this
goal.
As a waiter at Skarsnuten Hotel, you will have the opportunity to showcase your
excellent communication skills and deliver exceptional service to our guests.
You will play an integral role in our restaurant team, where guest experience
is our top priority.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet guests with a smile.
- Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Input orders into our point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
To qualify for this position, we are looking for candidates who possess:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role is preferred.
