We are now looking for an amazing new Guest Relations Officer for our Guest Relation Team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Relation Officer you will work closely with our Guest Relation Manager and Assistant Guest Relation Manager, and be part of all aspects of the guest journey, from booking to departure - from booker to promoter. Answering guest feedback and being the online ambassador is also a big part of your daily life at work. Your love for Copenhagen and curiosity for creating unforgettable guest experiences comes to play when planning and facilitating our guests’ stay. 

In addition you will have the following responsibilities:

• Being the one point of contact for our VIPs and guests staying in the suites
• Personal meet and greet with guests
• Manage day-to-day operations in the Guest Relations department
• Manage the concierge desk and handle all guest inquiries, both in person and via email
• Ensuring guest requests are followed up and followed through
• Resolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
• Ensuring good and swift communication within the team and between departments 
• Always up to date on what to do in Copenhagen as well as restaurants to recommend to guests
• Making sure all actions are in line with our brand values
• Following up with guests after departure

The position is a full-time position, reporting to our Guest Relations Manager Joyce Ausan. The position includes daytime, evening & weekend shifts.
