Som vår Stopover Housekeeping Supervisor blir du en centralfigur i den dagliga driften och spelar en avgörande roll för att skapa en ren, fräsch och välkomnande miljö för våra gäster. Du kommer att leda och inspirera ditt team inom housekeeping, med fokus på att säkerställa en hög standard i städning och gästservice. Ditt ansvar sträcker sig från att effektivt fördela arbete och optimera schemaläggningen, till att garantera att varje rum och yta håller den kvalitet våra gäster förväntar sig. Större delen av din tid kommer du att vara operativt delaktig i arbetet för att säkerställa leveransen.
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara flytande både svenska och engelska.Har du dessutom erfarenhet från städning och eller hotellstädning, ser vi det som ett stort plus. Rollen innebär att du kan utföra arbetsuppgifter i en fysiskt aktiv roll, vilket innebär böjande, lyftande och stående under längre perioder.
