Comfort Hotel Runway has been upgraded and renovated, designed to meet the needs of the modern traveler. Now, we need a Kitchen Supervisor who will work mainly day and evening shifts. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and the rest of the kitchen team to implement and evolve our F&B concepts for lunch, dinner and groups/meetings.

Who are you?
You have experience from working in a kitchen, but your leadership skills and passion for great food is more important than a long resume. Maybe this will be your first supervisor position?
You are a mice en place freak who knows how to set up a kitchen.
You are friendly, open and always willing to help out your colleagues. You strive for great results and know that the guests always come first. You are flexible, independent and a great team player.
You need basic knowledge in Norwegian and English.
Your Responsibilities:
Daily kitchen operations, including planning, food preparation, cooking, plating, food safety (IK-Mat), staffing and coaching.
Managing inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels, and minimizing waste.
