Vi søker en engasjert og serviceinnstilt person til stillingen som Innesalg/Koordinator for konferanse hos oss på Skarsnuten Mountain Resort & Spa. Dette er en nøkkelrolle hvor du får muligheten til å være med å utvikle og løfte vår konferanse- og eventvirksomhet til nye høyder.
Hos oss møter du en unik kombinasjon av profesjonelle rammer og spektakulær natur – vi tilbyr våre gjester minneverdige opplevelser gjennom hele året, enten de kommer på konferanse, firmatur, kurs, feiring eller ferie.
Hovedansvar for innkommende forespørsler og salg innen konferanse, møter, selskaper og events
Tilbudsskriving, oppfølging og booking i vårt system
Koordinering mellom avdelingene (restaurant, kjøkken, resepsjon, housekeeping, spa) for å sikre sømløs gjennomføring
Kundedialog før, under og etter arrangement
Administrativt arbeid knyttet til konferanser og arrangementer
I rolige perioder bistå i resepsjonen med service, innsjekk/utsjekk og gjestehåndtering
Har erfaring fra salg, koordinering eller hotell-/reisebransjen (ikke et krav, men en fordel)
Er serviceinnstilt, strukturert og trives med å ha mange baller i luften
Har gode kommunikasjonsevner både muntlig og skriftlig (norsk og engelsk)
Er selvgående, men også en lagspiller som samarbeider godt på tvers av avdelinger
Har teknisk forståelse og er komfortabel med booking- og salgssystemer

Skarsnuten Mountain Resort & Spa ligger majestetisk plassert 1002 moh. med panoramautsikt over Hemsedal. Resortet har 88 rom, stor restaurant, bar, spa og omfattende konferansefasiliteter. Vi er et helårshotell med gjester fra hele verden – og vårt mål er å skape opplevelser som blir husket.
