Som konditor på Admiral Hotel får du muligheden for at sætte dit personlige præg på de søde detaljer, der er en del af gæstens sidste indtryk af besøget hos os.
Derudover består dine opgaver af;
Sikre højeste kvalitet af forplejning til vores mødegæster.
Udvikle og fremstille bryllupskager, moussekager og bestillingskager.
Lave petit fours til vores restaurant og hotelværelser.
Producere desserter og kager til både restaurant og room service.
Arbejde med chokolade og konfekture.
Fremstilling af brøddej, wienerdej og croissantdej.
Bidrage til et velfungerende samarbejde og stærk kommunikation mellem vores BOH- og FOH-afdelinger.
Vi tror på at de bedste fagfolk ikke kun mestrer teknikken, men også har evnen til at løfte stemningen omkring sig og skabe energi i samarbejdet.
Derudover;
Har du en solid konditorfaglighed og øje for detaljer.
Har du erfaring fra restaurantverdenen og/eller luksushoteller.
Motiveres du af at arbejde i et højt tempo uden at gå på kompromis med kvaliteten.
Forstår du vigtigheden af hospitality – at vi med vores håndværk og nærvær skaber små øjeblikke, der gør en stor forskel for vores gæster.
Fuldtidsstilling på 37 timer om ugen. Arbejdstiden placeres fra 7:00-15:00 med fri hver anden weekend.
