Vi ser etter en ny Restaurant Manager til Farris Bad!
Er du en erfaren og inspirerende leder som brenner for mat, drikke og enestående service? Vi søker nå en operasjonell og engasjert leder som kan bidra til å løfte vår restaurantdrift til nye høyder.
Som vår Restaurant Manager vil du ha fullt operasjonelt ansvar for den daglige driften av vår restaurant, primært med fokus på kvelder og helger. Du vil lede og motivere et team, sikre at våre gjester får en uforglemmelig opplevelse, og bidra til å styrke Farris Bads sterke varemerke. Du vil være en synlig og hands-on leder som trives i et hektisk miljø og som alltid setter gjesten i sentrum.
Erfaring: Minimum 10 års erfaring innen bransjen, og minst 5 år i en lignende lederrolle.
Fagkompetanse: Du har fagbrev og formell sommelierutdanning. En dyp lidenskap for vin og drikke er et must.
Lederegenskaper: Du er en tydelig, motiverende og inspirerende leder som trives med å jobbe tett på teamet ditt.
Personlige egenskaper: Du er jordnær, profesjonell, strukturert og har et skarpt blikk for detaljer. Du trives med en operasjonell rolle og er ikke redd for å ta i et tak.
