HOTEL KÄMP ETSII AMMATTITAITOISTA APULAISRAVINTOLAPÄÄLLIKKÖÄ

TYÖTEHTÄVÄT

Etsimme kokenutta ammattilaista apulaisravintolaravintolapäällikön rooliin tukemaan ravintolapäällikköä työssään sekä johtamaan yhtä hotellimme helmistä – ravintolaa, jossa jokainen yksityiskohta on hiottu täydellisyyteen ja jokainen asiakaskohtaaminen on elämys. 

Olet kokenut ammattilainen, jolla on syvällinen ymmärrys ja palava intohimo viiden tähden hotellin luksustasoiseen palvelukulttuuriin ja gastronomiaan.  Ymmärrät, että asiakkaan odotukset ovat korkealla, ja haluat ylittää ne joka kerta. Sinulla on kyky luoda ilmapiiri, jossa sekä asiakkaat että tiimi viihtyvät ja kukoistavat.

Pääset osaksi energistä ja inspiroivaa monikansallista tiimiä, jossa arvostetaan monimuotoisuutta, yhteistyötä ja jatkuvaa kehittymistä. Tämä rooli on täynnä elämää ja energiaa, ja on ilta- ja viikonlopputyötä. Olet paikalla silloin, kun ravintolamme sykkii vilkkaimmin ja luot parhaat puitteet unohtumattomille hetkille.

Kämpissä työskentelet inspiroivassa ympäristössä alan parhaiden huippuosaajien rinnalla. Meille on tärkeää, että olet innostunut ja motivoitunut esihenkilö, johdat tiimiä esimerkillä sekä haluat kehittää osaamistasi jatkuvasti.

Kyseessä on vakituinen tehtävä (112,5 h / 3 vko). Työ alkaa loka-marraskuussa 2025 sopimuksen mukaan.
Palkkaus sopimuksen ja kokemuksen mukaan.

• Vähintään 4 vuoden kokemusta vastaavista työtehtävistä sekä kokemusta vastaavasta ravintolaympäristöstä
• Sinulle asiakkaan kokonaisvaltainen ravintolaelämys on intohimo– kokonaisuus ratkaisee eikä mikään yksityiskohta ole liian pieni - Olet tiimipelaaja ja saat ihmiset ympärilläsi tekemään töitä yhdessä yhteistä tavoitetta kohti 
• Rauhallisuutta ja ongelmanratkaisukykyä nopeissakin tilanteissa
• Halua palvella asiakasta parhaalla mahdollisella tasolla – Kämpissä vieras ja hänen kokemuksensa ovat kaiken keskiössä Nopea tempo vie sinua eteenpäin ja nautit, kun ravintolasali on täynnä
• Tietotekniikka ei ole sinulle haaste, vaan osa normaalia työarkea
• Hallitset Suomen työlainsäädäntöä tehtävän vaatimalla tavalla

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced professional for the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and to lead one of our hotel’s crown jewels — a restaurant where every detail is polished to perfection and every guest interaction is an experience.

You are a hospitality professional with a deep understanding and a burning passion for the luxury service culture and gastronomy of a five-star hotel.
You recognize that our guests have high expectations — and your goal is to exceed them, every single time. You know how to create an atmosphere where both guests and your team can thrive.

As we operate in an international environment and serve guests from all over the globe, fluent spoken and written Finnish and English are required.
