Säljchef Meeting & Event till Strömstad Spa & Resort

Befattningsbeskrivning:
Identifiera, kvalificera och kontakta potentiella kunder som har behov av hotellets tjänster inom kurs, konferens, möten och event med fokus på företag, organisationer, byråer, etc.
Aktivt prospektera för nya affärsmöjligheter genom olika kanaler med fokus på kundmöten, visningar på hotellet, teamsmöten, telefon, e-post, nätverk, kundarrangemang m.m.
Utarbeta och presentera säljförslag och offerter till potentiella kunder
Förhandla avtal och kontrakt med kunder
Ansvarsområden:
Identifiera och kontakta potentiella kunder inom kurs- och konferensmarknaden.
Bygga och underhålla relationer med befintliga och nya kunder i Bohuslän.
Utveckla skräddarsydda offerter och presentationer för våra kunder
Delta på mässor, nätverksarrangemang och branschträffar för att marknadsföra hotellet
Samarbeta med säljteamet i Strawberry samt övriga partnerhotell inom Norwegian Hospitality Group där det är lämpligt.
Genomföra marknadsanalyser för att identifiera trender och möjligheter på marknaden
Tjänsten har inte personalansvar och rapporterar personalmässigt till VD och säljmässigt till Chef för Försäljningsstrategi och Utveckling på Norwegian Hospitality Group
Kvalifikationer:
Relevant erfarenhet inom försäljning, gärna från hotell- eller eventbranschen
Stark kommunikationsförmåga, både skriftligt och muntligt
Förmåga att bygga relationer och arbeta självständigt
God på säljteknik och säljpsykologi
Du har hög självdisciplin och motiverar dig själv för att nå mål, även när du möter motgång
God kännedom om digitala verktyg och CRM-system
Resultatorienterad med en proaktiv inställning
Körkort – klass B
