Are you the leading star we've been waiting for?
We're looking for someone who gets energized when their team thrives, loves diversity, and spreads joy and warmth. As Barception Manager, you are a central part of the hotel's management team and report to the Hotel Director. You have total operational, administrative, and commercial responsibility for both the reception and bar operations within our Barception, including purchasing and cost of goods sold (COGS). You are also instrumental in driving both guest satisfaction (NPS) and employee engagement (eNPS). You lead a team of approximately 10 people working around the clock.

Your mission as Comfort Barception Manager:

• Give our guests a warm and genuine welcome that sets the tone for an awesome stay.
• Ensure smooth service during check-ins and check-outs, bookings, and sales.
• Be the guests' local expert and create that extra connection.
• Keep the energy up in the Barception and maintain Comfort's relaxed, urban vibe.
• Support your team and ensure we deliver top-class service according to Comfort's rules and guest promise, always with an eye on improving NPS and eNPS.
• Keep an eye on the numbers, manage budgets, including optimizing COGS for the bar, and integrate sustainability into everything we do.

The position involves both administrative and operational work, with shifts that may include daytime, evenings, and weekends. This is a 100% permanent position. You need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.
