COMFORT HOTEL RUNWAY
Comfort Hotel Runway has undergone a major upgrade and renovation, designed to meet the needs of the modern traveler. We have 303 rooms and 15 meeting rooms in different sizes. This, alongside with a brand new restaurant, barception and lobby, we have strengthen our position within the budget segment at Oslo Airport.

Comfort Hotel Runway trenger en ivrig, fremoverlent og selvstendig Inhouse Sales Coordinator.
Du har en avgjørende rolle når det kommer til planlegging av alle eventer og grupper på hotellet og styre pakketeringen av huset. Du jobber tett sammen med både Barception Manager og F&B Manager og du rapporterer direkte til hotellets direktør.
Som Inhouse Sales Coordinator har du en viktig rolle i å håndtere innkommende business til virksomheten, samt drive mersalg. Du blir bindeleddet mellom kunden og hotellets driftsavdelinger, og skal sørge for at alle har den informasjonen de trenger for at et event skal bli vellykket.
Du er en hands-on person som trives i et høyt tempo og du klarer balansere din tid med å være synlig foran kundene, hjelpe til i driften når dette trengs, samt sette av administrativ tid. Du bygger lett relasjoner, har et øye for detaljer og brenner for salg. Du er en team-player som tar fullt ansvar for gjestenes totale hotellopplevelse.
Comfort Hotel Runway er inne i en spennende tid der vi skal rendyrke hva et flyplasshotell i Comfort kan og skal være. Vi ønsker en person med på laget som ønsker være med å skape dette sammen med teamet på hotellet.
Jobben din blir å håndtere salg, koordinering og detaljer fra start til mål som inkluderer:
- Ansvar for håndtering av innkommende bookinger, mersalg og gjenkjøp.
- Daglig kundekontakt.
- Jobbe med å optimere og koordinere hotellets mersalg.
- Detalj- og event planlegging.
- Samordning av kampanjer og pakketilbud.
- Holde et høyt service- og kvalitetsnivå på arbeidet ditt slik at gjestenes forventninger blir møtt.
- Sørge for at tilbud bekreftes, samt følge opp kansellering/reduksjonsfrister.
- Sørge for at kundens ønsker overleveres til hotellets driftsavdelinger.
Hvem er du?
- Du drives av å gi god service.
- Du er modig og tar ansvar.
- Du har humor og liker å ha det gøy på jobben.
- Du trives med frihet under ansvar og identifiserer deg som en person som har winning spirit.
- Du snakker flytende norsk og har god kunnskap i engelsk.
- Erfaring fra tilsværende rolle er et pluss men ikke et krav.

- Stillingen innebærer arbeid på dagtid, men arbeid på både kveld og helger kan forekomme.
