YOUR ROLE
We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Waiter/Waitress, who will support our restaurant team and ensure that every guest interaction is an experience.
You are a service-oriented professional with a deep understanding and a burning passion for the luxury service culture and gastronomy of a five-star hotel.
You understand that guests’ expectations are high, and you want to exceed them every time. You have the ability to create an atmosphere where both guests and the team feel comfortable and thrive.

You will become part of an energetic and inspiring multinational team that values diversity, collaboration, and continuous development.

As we operate in an international environment and serve guests from all over, we require at least excellent spoken and written English language skills. Proficiency in Finnish is a plus. This role is full of life and energy, and involves evening and weekend work, as our restaurant is only open in the evenings. You will be present when our restaurant is at its busiest, creating the best setting for unforgettable moments.

At Kämp, you will work in an inspiring environment alongside top professionals in the field. It is important to us that you are an enthusiastic and motivated team player who constantly wants to develop your skills.

This is a part-time position, with contracted hours averaging 60 hours over a three-week period.
The position is fixed-term until the end of 2025, with a possibility of extension depending on the situation.
The work starts as soon as possible.
Salary is negotiable and based on experience.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• At least 5 years of experience in similar customer service roles and a restaurant environment.
• Basic knowledge of wines is a mandatory professional skill; in-depth expertise is a definite plus.
• For you, the guest’s complete dining experience is a passion – the overall experience matters, and no detail is too small.
• You are a team player and inspire those around you to work together towards a common goal.
• Calmness and problem-solving skills even in fast-paced situations.
• A desire to serve guests at the highest possible level – at Kämp, the guest and their experience are at the heart of everything we do.
