We are now looking for a Group Specialist to join our reservation team.
Skills & qualifications needed
Previous Experience: Proven background in group reservations, event coordination, or reservations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in managing contracts, itineraries, and guest preferences.
Organization: Ability to juggle multiple group bookings and timelines efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues and adapting to changing needs.
Collaboration: Team-oriented with a knack for cross-departmental coordination.
Adaptability: Comfortable navigating dynamic group demands and last-minute changes.

Responsibilities
Manage Group Bookings: Handle all incoming group inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with precision and care.
Manage Individual Bookings: Handle all incoming inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with precision and care for individual guests.
Tailor Group Experiences: Customize group itineraries and packages to meet client needs, ensuring memorable and seamless stays.
Coordinate Across Departments: Work closely with Housekeeping, and Front Office to align logistics and deliver exceptional group experiences.
Contract and Rate Management: Prepare group contracts, negotiate rates, and ensure accurate billing and payment processes.
Track and Report: Maintain detailed records of group bookings, preferences, and special requests. Monitor group occupancy and forecast demand.
Resolve Issues: Address group-related concerns and challenges promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
