Med våra 367 rum, nyrenoverade konferenslokaler och vår restaurang Swede Hollow, samt vårt unika samarbete med ICEHOTEL i Jukkasjärvi genom vilket vi driver ICEBAR Stockholm, erbjuder vi en unik destination mitt i stadens puls.

Dina ansvarsområden:
- Ta emot och svara på boknings- och prisförfrågningar gällande individuella bokningar via telefon och mail. Bokningar gäller främst hotellrum, paketbokningar, ICE BAR och restaurangbokningar.
- Behjälplig med våra leisure-bokningar och när konferens/grupper har bokat in sig via länk.
- Nära samarbete med receptionen, revenue manager, restaurangen och ICE BAR för att gästen ska få en smidig och bra upplevelse från början till slut.
- Lägga in korrekt och adekvat information i hotelldatasystemet Mews.
- RMY - Ansvara för att samtliga bokningar, oavsett var de kommer ifrån, är kvalitetssäkrade. Vilket innebär kopplade mot rätt segment / kundkort / företagsavtal, rätt priser, med inlagda tasks, styra in gruppbokningar mot respektive block mm.
- Gå igenom och stämma av ankomstlistor från hotellsystemet samt även diverse bokningskanaler.
- Hantera no-show och sen avbokning samt debitering för dessa.
- Hantering av väntelistan.
- Ansvara för att våra tredje parts kanaler visar rätt information och bilder.
Vi söker dig som:
- Har tidigare erfarenhet från liknande roll
- Vågar ta beslut samtidigt som du alltid ser till gästens bästa
- Drivs av att jobba mot mål och upsatta targets
- Arbetar felfritt, kanske till och med trivs bäst, i ett högt tempo
- Har en stark administrativ förmåga att föra kommunikation mellan avdelningar
- Har ett fokus för detaljer och drivs av att se processen från start till mål
- Tycker om att hantera information och en förmåga att fylla hotellet på rätt sätt
- Är närvarande, inkluderande och tydlig i din kommunikation.
- Behärskar svenska och engelska flytande, både muntligt och skriftligt.
- Trivs i en dynamisk miljö med högt tempo.

- Främst schemalagd vardagar under kontorstid men helg och kvällsarbete kan förekomma under lågsäsong
