Som VD/General Manager har du det övergripande ansvaret för att driva och utveckla Stenungsbaden Yacht Club som en lönsam, hållbar och attraktiv destination för både affärsresenärer och privatgäster.
Du leder ett engagerat team inom drift, service, försäljning, marknad, ekonomi och HR, och säkerställer att varje gäst får en upplevelse som överträffar förväntningarna.
Övergripande ansvar för hotellets strategi, budget, resultat och personal.
Driva en service- och upplevelsekultur som genomsyrar hela verksamheten.
Utveckla och implementera affärsstrategier för ökad beläggning, intäkt och gästnöjdhet.
Ansvara för operativ drift inom logi, restaurang, spa och eventverksamhet.
Arbeta nära försäljnings- och marknadsteamet för att stärka varumärket lokalt och nationellt.
Säkerställa hållbarhet, kvalitet och arbetsmiljö i alla delar av verksamheten.
Vara en synlig och inspirerande ledare för medarbetarna – med fokus på samarbete, utveckling och glädje i arbetet.
Har dokumenterad erfarenhet som hotelldirektör, hotellchef eller resort manager, gärna från större destinationshotell eller konferensanläggningar.
Är en kommersiellt driven ledare med god förståelse för ekonomi, intäktsstyrning och gästupplevelse.
Har en naturlig förmåga att motivera, leda och utveckla team.
Har stark kommunikativ förmåga, god affärskänsla och ett passionerat engagemang för gästservice.
Är van att arbeta i en föränderlig och händelserik miljö där varje dag är unik.
Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
Aktivt har jobbat med sälj og destinations utväckling
Erfarenhet från Food & beverage är fördelaktigt.
