Requirements & Experience
Previous experience as manager or in a similar role within a banquet or upscale dining setting.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and a high-volume environment.
A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Knowledge of food and wine, including pairing recommendations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Previous experience as a Manager/Supervisor is highly recommended.
An Educational Diploma or Certificates in leadership or management are preferred.
Candidates must ensure they have reliable access to transport, as the role requires flexibility for late-night shifts.
