Etsimme Hotel Kämpin vastaanoton tiimiin inspiroivaa ja palveluhenkistä vuoropäällikköä, joka johdattaa tiimimme kohti ylivertaista asiakaskokemusta – jokaisessa vuorossa, jokaisessa kohtaamisessa  Uudistuksen myötä Kämpin palvelut – ja samalla mahdollisuudet – laajenevat tarjoten ainutlaatuisen mahdollisuuden työurallasi.

TYÖTEHTÄVÄT

Tässä roolissa toimit vastaanoton esihenkilönä, jossa intohimo asiakaspalveluun, vahva ammatillinen osaaminen ja kyky innostaa tiimiäsi ovat avainasemassa. Olet se henkilö, joka varmistaa, että hotellivieraamme kokevat aidon luksuksen – ei vain tiloissa, vaan jokaisessa palveluhetkessä. Toimit vuorosi vastuuhenkilönä ja raportoit Front Office Managerille. Olet kannustava ja esimerkillinen johtaja, joka tukee tiimiään ja rakentaa yhteishenkeä yli osastorajojen. Sinulla on kyky nähdä kokonaisuus, reagoida nopeasti ja pitää langat käsissä myös kiireen keskellä. 

Kämpissä työskentelet inspiroivassa ympäristössä alan parhaiden huippuosaajien rinnalla. 
Meille on tärkeää, että olet innostunut ja motivoitunut asiakaskokemuksen ympärillä ja haluat kehittää osaamistasi jatkuvasti.Työ on vuorotyötä, pääosin aamusta iltaan. Satunnaisesti ja sovittaessa työvuoroja voi olla myös öisin.

Kyseessä on vakituinen kokoaikainen yötyö (90  h / 3 vko). 
Työaika sijoittuu välille 21.00 - 08.00. Työ alkaa viimeistään tammikuussa 2026.

ODOTAMME SINULTA

  • Vähintään vuoden kokemusta esihenkilötyöstä hotellin vastaanotossa
  • Tuntemusta alan järjestelmistä, kuten Mews PMS
  • Kiitettävää suomen ja englannin kielen suullista- sekä kirjallista taitoa – muu kielitaito plussaa
  • Positiivista asennetta, tarkkuutta ja joustavuutta
  • Persoonallista otetta asiakaspalveluun ja kykyä inspiroida tiimiäsi 
  • Rauhallisuutta ja ongelmanratkaisukykyä nopeissakin tilanteissa

HOTEL KÄMP IS LOOKING FOR A FRONT DESK NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER, WHO LEADS BY EXAMPLE AND INSPIRES THE TEAM TO REACH ITS GOALS

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will perform as a front desk supervisor, where a passion for customer service, strong professional competence and the ability to inspire your team are key. You are the person who ensures that our hotel guests experience true luxury – not only in the premises, but in every moment of service. You will act as the person responsible for your shift and report to the Front Office Manager. You are an encouraging and exemplary leader who supports your team and builds teamwork across departmental boundaries. You have the ability to see the big picture, react quickly and keep things in hand even in a hurry.

At Kämp, you will work in an inspiring environment alongside the best experts in the industry. It is important to us that you are enthusiastic and motivated around customer experience and want to continuously develop your skills.
The work is shift-based, mainly from morning to evening. Occasionally and by agreement, there may also be night shifts.

This is a permanent full time job during night time (mainly between 21:00 - 08:00)  (90 hours / 3 weeks). The job will start latest in January 2026.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • At least one year of experience in supervisory work at a hotel reception
  • Knowledge of industry systems, such as Mews PMS
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in Finnish and English - other language skills re considered an asset
  • Positive attitude, accuracy and flexibility
  • A personal approach to customer service and the ability to inspire your team
  • Calmness and problem-solving skills even in fast-paced situations
