You’ll be a key part of our Front Office team, setting the tone for the At Six experience and ensuring every guest feels seen, welcomed and taken care of — from arrival to departure, and everything in between.

Part of Petter Stordalen’s Nordic Hotels & Resorts, At Six is a contemporary art and design hotel with 343 rooms and suites, including our Masterpiece Suite and 32 longstay apartments. The role
As Guest Relations Ambassador, you are at the heart of the guest experience. You are the main point of contact for our guests, ensuring personalised service, smooth operations and memorable moments throughout their stay.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering service on an international level. You’ll work closely with Front Office, Reservations and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication, swift solutions and consistently high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
Guest Experience & Relations: Welcome guests, manage requests, handle feedback and ensure a warm, personalised experience throughout the stay.
Service Excellence: Actively resolve challenges, anticipate guest needs and deliver the At Six wow factor, even in demanding situations.
Coordination & Communication: Serve as the link between guests and hotel departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and flawless execution.
Front Office Operations: Support daily Front Office activities, including check-in, check-out and guest follow-ups.
Quality & Loyalty: Build strong guest relationships that drive satisfaction, repeat visits and positive reviews.
Who you are
You have a genuine passion for hospitality and understand that luxury lives in the details. You are confident, calm under pressure and enjoy being the person guests turn to when they need something, or when they don’t even know they need it yet.
You bring:
At least 2 years of experience within Front Office or Reservations
Experience working in the luxury or premium hospitality segment
Strong knowledge of a PMS system (Opera, Fidelio, Mews or similar)
Fluency in Swedish and English
A flexible mindset and availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
A positive attitude, strong social skills and a true team spirit
A proactive, solution-oriented approach you enjoy challenges and take initiative
A valid driver’s license is an advantage
