At Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport, the largest Comfort hotel in the Nordic region, we're putting everything that’s important to us into action, making sure we live as we learn (and teach). We have 605  rooms with a great location with Copenhagen Airport as our neighbor and the city center only a short ride with the metro or train. We have a great lobby for co-working, breakfast, a deli and our Comfort Kitchen. 

Your to-do-list as a Comfort Operations manager:

• As the Operations Manager of Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport , you're the leader on-site. From hitting occupancy targets and driving financial results to building the brand together with General Manager

• Make every guest feel welcome and comfortable, ensuring that each interaction reflects our relaxed and urban vibe

• Boost revenue by offering great value without compromising on the guest experience

• Keep an eye on the numbers, managing budgets and finances to make sure the hotel runs profitably and sustainable

• Keep the day-to-day operations running like clockwork, ensuring everything flows smoothly, from check-in to check-out

• You will lead a team of 4 managers and 80+ team members, creating a fun, collaborative environment where everyone can grow and shine

• Bring sustainability into everything we do, helping us be a responsible player

• You will report to General manager
