About Hotel Kämp
Hotel Kämp is the iconic heart of Helsinki, which first opened its doors in 1887. Now this symbol of a classic luxury hotel is being refurbished, revitalising the city once again. This year 2026 marks the final stage of this historical refurbishment, including e.g. the opening of the new Kämp Spa, Kämp Delicatessen and the legendary Mannerheim Suite.

About the role
We are looking for someone who wants to create world-class communication, is passionate about long-term brand value, and has both strong creative and commercial drive. You might not work in hospitality today yet you have an extensive network in the local culture community.
As a House Creator you are the creative star of Hotel Kämp, developing and executing brand activations, engaging the target audiences with the Hotel Kämp brand and creating content for different Hotel Kämp channels to build and nourish the community. You do this through a deep understanding of what drives people’s perception of a brand, within the luxury segment and in the hospitality landscape.
To thrive in this role, you are a positive, creative and flexible person who always has a finger on the pulse. As a team member, you will shape the brand's unique and relevant market position over time. You will collaborate with all hotel departments, which highly demands social skills. Your high level of self-leadership, creativity, proactive approach, and ability to work in a high-paced environment is crucial.
You are inspired by global popular culture streams and know how to lead a creative process, convincing others of your vision.
The role entails:
Ideate, create and develop events and activations that engage Hotel Kämp primary audiences and guest segments, and building the community
Ideate, create, and develop engaging digital content aligned with both brand and commercial strategy, activation calendar, Brand Book and Visual Identity
Produce inspiring and engaging content optimized for different channels
Produce digital campaigns in line with Hotel Kämp brand, tone of voice, and commercial strategy
Produce content for hotelkamp.com and other Kämp webpages for optimized conversion
Annually create a content strategy plan aligned to Hotel Kämp’s marketing strategy
Constantly stay up to date on trends and developments on social platforms
Have a passion for market trends in the hospitality and luxury segment
Together with the hotel's marketing and commercial team, follow results and KPIs and develop activities to achieve the targets
Expected qualifications:
High understanding of commercial thinking and execution of commercial messages
High understanding of the essence of the brand
Minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud)
Minimum of 2 years experience in photography and preferably also in video, as well as following and implementing a brand's visual guidelines
Minimum of 2 years experience in photo/image/video editing
Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial copywriting and written communication both in Finnish and in English for different channels, target groups, and occasions
Relevant education for the role or minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar position
Desirable experience from working with Luxury & Lifestyle communication
The role is a permanent full-time position, and the employment will begin during the spring as agreed. Salary will be determined based on experience and mutual agreement.
