Da vores nuværende People & Payroll Manager skal spille en nøglerolle i et stort internt projekt i det kommende år, søger vi en erfaren leder til at overtage ansvaret for hendes team og rolle. Stillingen er et tidsbegrænset kontrakt på et år med fuldtidsansættelse.

Om rollen

Som People and Payroll Manager sikrer du løntjenester af høj kvalitet, samtidig med at du moderniserer systemer for at gøre teamet mere effektivt. Du vil lede og inspirere dine medarbejdere dagligt og fungere som en vigtig partner for Finance, HR og hotellerne for at sikre, at vores danske drift kører problemfrit. Grundlæggende er du "go-to"-personen for hele medarbejderens livscyklus – hvor du balancerer alt fra faglig dialog og ledertræning til præcis lønkørsel og juridisk overholdelse.

Du vil lede to People & Payroll Advisors. Den person, der har haft personaleansvaret indtil nu, vil fortsat arbejde tæt sammen med teamet og kan tilbyde vejledning og sparring. Du vil arbejde fra vores kontorer i Kastrup og referere til VP People Experience, som er placeret i Oslo.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

HR & Legal

  • Arbejdsmarkedsforhold og forhandlinger: Fungér som den primære leder for forhandlinger med 3F om lokale aftaler, og håndter det strategiske partnerskab og juridiske fortolkninger med Dansk Erhverv.

  • Juridisk rådgivning og compliance: Støt hotelledere i fortolkning af dansk arbejdsret og overenskomster, samtidig med at du sikrer fuld overholdelse af ny lovgivning som f.eks. Løngennemsigtighedsdirektivet.

  • Håndtering af komplekse sager: Giv hands-on vejledning i følsomme personalesager og fungér som primær efterforsker på whistleblowing-rapporter for at sikre, at etiske standarder overholdes.

  • People-programmer og træning: Lokaliser og implementer nordiske People-initiativer i Danmark og afhold webinarer for at træne ledere i nye processer og juridiske opdateringer.

  • Governance og rammeværk: Ejerskab og vedligeholdelse af al væsentlig dokumentation vedrørende arbejdsstyrken, herunder koncernens processer, retningslinjer og de danske personale- og lederhåndbøger.

Løn (Finans & Operations)

  • Teamledelse: Led og støt lønteamet, sørg for servicelevering af høj kvalitet og giv hands-on assistance under fravær eller i perioder med højt arbejdspres.

  • Ejerskab af systemer & WFM: Tag fuldt ejerskab over funktionaliteten i løn- og WFM-systemet, sørg for at opsætninger er optimerede og udfør regelmæssige kontroltjek under processeringen.

  • Operationel topkvalitet: Garanter præcis og effektiv lønbehandling for hele den danske organisation, understøttet af stærke interne kontroller og procedurer, der er klar til revision.

  • Procesautomatisering: Identificer og udvikl løbende muligheder for at digitalisere lønarbejdsgange med henblik på at øge effektiviteten og minimere manuel administrativ indsats.

  • Rapportering og onboarding: Hav tilsyn med al finansiel og lovpligtig rapportering til myndigheder, forsikringsselskaber og finans, mens du håndterer lønintegrationen for nyligt tilkomne selskaber.

  • En stærk profil inden for løn og processer: Du har omfattende erfaring med hele lønprocessen, dyb indsigt i lønsystemer og flair for at optimere digitale arbejdsgange.

  • Erfaren personaleleder med fokus på drift: Du er en motiverende leder, der trives med at sikre høj kvalitet i teamets daglige leverancer og træde til operationelt, når det kræves.

  • Ekspert i danske overenskomster: Du har indgående kendskab til danske løn- og arbejdsvilkår og er vant til at tolke komplekse overenskomster (f.eks. 3F) for at sikre korrekt lønbehandling.

  • Analytisk og procesorienteret: Du arbejder metodisk med interne kontroller og brænder for at minimere manuelle opgaver gennem automatisering og smartere rapportering.

  • Løsningsorienteret rådgiver: Du er god til at yde support til ledere omkring løntekniske spørgsmål, skat, pension og ferielovgivning på en letforståelig måde.
