Skarsnuten Hotel is looking for a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist / Spa Therapist to join our spa team for the upcoming season. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is dedicated to wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences — in spectacular mountain surroundings at 1,002 meters above sea level.
Our spa is an essential part of the Skarsnuten experience. Guests come to relax, recover, and recharge after active days in the mountains, whether skiing in winter or hiking during summer. As a therapist, you will play an important role in creating calm, memorable, and high-quality wellness experiences.
Key responsibilities:
• Perform massage and spa treatments with high quality and professionalism
• Create a warm, calm, and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Guide guests in choosing treatments suited to their needs
• Contribute to the daily operation and presentation of the spa area
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest service
• Contribute to retail and treatment sales
• Collaborate closely with reception and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
We are looking for someone who:
• Has relevant education or experience in massage or spa therapy
• Is professional, confident, and service-minded
• Has a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Is structured, reliable, and takes ownership of their work
• Has a genuine passion for wellness and guest satisfaction
• Thrives in a dynamic, seasonal hotel environment
