Som Breakfast Manager har du det overordnede ansvar for, at vores gæster får den absolut bedste start på dagen. Du bliver afdelingsleder for både køkken og restaurant i morgenmads-regi og refererer direkte til vores General Manager.
Du står ikke alene; du har to dygtige supervisorer (en i køkkenet og en i restauranten), som hjælper dig med den daglige drift. Udover morgenmaden har du også ansvaret for forplejning til vores konferencelokaler samt middage for større grupper.
Dine opgaver er delt 50/50:
50% på gulvet: Du er ansigtet udadtil og går forrest som det gode eksempel. Du sikrer det høje serviceniveau og spreder god energi blandt både gæster og kolleger.
50% administration: Du har styr på vagtplaner, medarbejdersamtaler, budgetter og den generelle ledelse af dit team.
Dette er det perfekte skridt for dig, der drømmer om at blive F&B Manager i fremtiden.
Du har erfaring med F&B og ledelse på mellemlederniveau – måske som køkkenchef eller restaurantchef.
Du trives med at arbejde primært om morgenen, når det hele suser, men er fleksibel, når opgaverne kræver det.
Du er ambitiøs, men forstår vigtigheden af at have det sjovt, mens vi skaber resultater.

Are you a morning person who thrives on the smell of fresh coffee and the buzz of happy guests? Can you lead a team through a busy breakfast rush and still keep a sharp eye on schedules and budgets? Then you might be the Breakfast Manager we are looking for!
As our Breakfast Manager, you are the heart of the hotel’s most important meal. You will lead both the kitchen and the restaurant teams during breakfast, reporting directly to the General Manager.
You won’t be flying solo; you will have two skilled Supervisors (one in the kitchen and one in the restaurant) to support you with daily operations. In addition to breakfast, you will also oversee catering for our conference rooms and dinners for group bookings.
Your time is split 50/50:
50% On the Floor: You are the ultimate role model. You lead by example, ensuring our high service standards are met while keeping the energy high for both guests and staff.
50% Administrative: You handle the "behind-the-scenes" work, including shift planning, staff management, budgeting, and performance reviews.
This position is the perfect stepping stone for someone aiming to become an F&B Manager.
You have solid experience in F&B and leadership at a mid-management level (e.g., as a Head Chef or Restaurant Manager).
You are comfortable with early morning hours but remain flexible when the business needs you.
You are results-oriented but believe that the best results come from a team that has fun together.
