Med Oslos råeste beliggenhet på Tjuvholmen stjeler THE THIEF sine besøkende ut av hverdagen, og inn i morgendagens hotellopplevelse. Sanselige inntrykk knyttet til kunst, design, gastronomi og velvære står i sentrum for hotellopplevelsen.
THE THIEF er et livsstilshotell bygget på en bærekraftig grunntanke i Oslos mest fremoverlente bydel.
Vi søker en serviceminded hjertetyv til vår In House Sales avdeling.
Ditt hovedansvar vil være å besvare telefoner, mail og generell service. In house sales avdelingen er det høyt tempo og du må ha evnen til å ha mange baller i luften på en gang. Du vil være en viktig del av THE THIEF med gode muligheter for videre karrieremuligheter.
Stillingen passer bra til en med høy arbeidskapasitet og som ønsker å jobbe med de absolutt beste. Som arbeidstaker på THE THIEF vil du være en del av spydspissen hvor det stilles svært høye krav og forventninger til den enkelte medarbeider.
Ansvarsområder er:
Daglig drift av in house sales avdelingen
Betjening av innkommende telefoner og epost
Booking og salg av hotelltjenester
Oppfølging av gjester
Påse at rett informasjon ligger i våre systemer.
Kvalifikasjoner:
Vi søker en positiv ansatt som har bakgrunn fra hotell- og restaurantbransjen, og gjerne lignende stilling.
Bachelorgrad relatert hotell eller tilsvarende
Har aspirasjon om å videreutvikle seg innenfor bransjen.
Du har høy arbeidskapasitet, er sprudlende, og er RÅ på service
Systemkunnskaper fra Mews er en fordel
Du arbeider godt i team, men har også evne til å jobbe selvstendig
Du er svært god på detaljer og liker å holde orden
Du snakker flytende Norsk eller Svensk, i tillegg til Engelsk
Du har et brennende ønske om å jobbe på THE THIEF!
