VUOROPÄÄLLIKKÖ ja VASTAANOTTOVIRKAILIJA
Tehtävät ovat määräaikaisia kesätöitä 30-90h / 3vko, sopimuksen mukaan toukokuusta alkaen syys-lokakuun loppuun.
VASTAANOTTOVIRKAILIJA
Tehtäviisi kuuluvat monipuoliset vastaanottovirkailijan työtehtävät hotellin vastaanotossa. Olet työhösi innostuneesti suhtautuva ja laatua arvostava asiakaspalvelija. Arvostamme joustavaa ja ahkeraa asennetta työtä kohtaan. Pidämme tärkeänä hyvää yhteistyökykyä ja tarttuvaa energiaa. Vieraidemme ja kollegoiden onnellisuus on sydämen asia. Toimit luontevasti tiimissä mutta kykenet myös yksintyöskentelyyn. Sinulla on hyvä paineensietokyky ja kykyä hallita useita eri toimintoja samaan aikaan. Olet valmis tekemään myös yövuoroja. Työ edellyttää sujuvaa suomen ja englanninkielen taitoa sekä hygienia- että anniskelupassia sillä vastaanotossa toimii myös aulabaari. Aikaisempi kokemus vastaavista tehtävistä ja Mews-järjestelmästä ovat eduksi.

Odotamme sinulta kokemusta vastaanottotyöstä. Olet iloinen ja tehokas, tiimisi esimerkillinen keulakuva ja vastaat vastaanoton rutiinien pyörittämisestä. Hallitset kokonaisuudet ja organisoit vuorosi tehokkaasti huolehtien vieraidemme ja vuorosi tiimin hyvinvoinnista. Sinulla on hyvä paineensietokyky ja kykyä hallita useita eri toimintoja samaan aikaan. Olet valmis tekemään myös yövuoroja. Työ edellyttää sujuvaa suomen ja englanninkielen taitoa sekä hygienia- että anniskelupassia sillä vastaanotossa toimii myös aulabaari. Aikaisempi kokemus vastaavista tehtävistä ja Mews-järjestelmästä ovat eduksi.
